Privacy Notice

Effective August 30, 2026

What this notice covers

This notice explains how the Headliner Department of Justice handles information used to operate headlinerdoj.com and to authenticate authorized personnel accessing DOJ Tools.

Information used for sign-in

When you sign in with Google or a one-time email PIN, the authentication service may provide your name, email address, basic account profile information, sign-in time, and security information associated with the access request. DOJ Tools does not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or unrelated Google account content.

How information is used

Authentication information is used only to verify that a person is authorized to enter DOJ Tools, maintain account and role access, protect the service, investigate access problems, and keep reasonable security records. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Service providers and retention

Google may process sign-in information when Google authentication is selected, and Cloudflare provides access control and security services. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective privacy policies. Authentication and audit records are retained only as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, and account administration.

Your choices

Authorized users may choose Google sign-in or the available one-time email PIN method. You may revoke the application's Google access through your Google account settings. You may also request that DOJ Tools access be removed or ask a question about authentication information.
